What is Digital Eye Strain?
Digital Eye Strain (DES), also known as Computer Vision Syndrome, refers to a group of eye and vision-related problems that result from prolonged use of digital devices such as computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
With increased screen time at work, school, and home, digital eye strain has become one of the most common modern eye concerns.
Common Symptoms
People experiencing digital eye strain may notice:
- Eye fatigue or heaviness
